The Sector Marketing Director - Education & BSC is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive market strategy to drive profitable growth within the Education and Building Service Contractor (BSC) markets. This leadership role focuses on increasing market share in these markets by leveraging market insights, innovative products and programs, strategic partnerships, key industry associations, and channel partners.

Strategic Planning & Market Positioning
Develop and implement sector-specific marketing strategies aligned with the business goals.Define compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to the sector’s obstacles and prioritiesBuild integrated growth plans, including target identification, winning strategies, and tactical execution.Conduct market research to uncover trends, risks and opportunitiesMarket & Industry Engagement
Manage engagement and investment with key industry associations and buying groups in the BSC and education markets, including BSCAI, WFBSC, CCA, NSA, Omnia, Equalis, Healthy Green Schools, FSPMA and othersLeverage and grow strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand market share, accelerate growth, and maximize profitability.Position the company as a thought leader through content, webinars and industry eventsCustomer Insights & Solution Development

The expected compensation range for this position is between $121,500.00 and $202,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
