This role will support with the development, management and implementation all aspects of the marketing mix including innovation, activation and communications to deliver annual brand targets. Business Partnership: Work closely with leadership teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal) to shape IT demand and prioritize initiatives that maximize business value. Value Realization: Drive the capture, optimization, and recognition of business value from IT assets through planning, consultancy, and financial insight. Communication & Risk Management: Ensure consistent project progress through effective communication, risk mitigation, and escalation management. Education & Measurement: Educate stakeholders on IT processes and capabilities, and regularly measure and report on business value delivered. Qualifications About you Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. 5–10 years in business functions and project implementation. Preferably from a multinational FMCG environment. Strong business acumen (not purely technical). Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and executive communication. Experience in project/program/portfolio management. Technical aptitude with risk assessment and requirements management. Effective trainer and communicator with change leadership capabilities.
