Job Description
Performs diversified clerical duties including but not limited to typing, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, etc.
Job Responsibility
Performs diversified clerical duties which may include but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles, etc. Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc. Maintaining files. Takes minutes at meetings. Receptionist duties. Recordkeeping. Patient filing, collecting payments. Preparing statistical data. Keeping inventory and ordering supplies. Miscellaneous duties related to department. Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Minimum of one (1) year prior clerical experience, required. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, required. Typing 50 wpm, required. Ability to communicate effectively, required.
