Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing:
In this role you will co-ordinate the new starter induction process and all mandated training, as well as:
Produce documentation including typing letters, creating presentations and preparing highlights reports, ensuring deadlines are met.Contribute to continuous process improvement activities, by identifying areas for process and system improvement and implementing.Represent the team in meetings, and report key information back to the team.Undertake activities in support of projects in own area, including maintaining key project documents, setting meetings and reporting to manager on progress against key goals.Update and maintain operating procedures, and key process documentation for processes in own area.Potentially take the lead on specific, well defined work streams ensuring agreed deliverables are met.Who we’re looking for:
