Secret Sr. Subcontracts Administrator
Job Description A company in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join their team! This Sr. Subcontracts Administrator will be responsible for - Preparing and issuing solicitations, conducting market research, and evaluating subcontractor proposals, serving as the primary point of contact. - Negotiating subcontract terms including MSAs and BOAs, and advising task order teams on contract types, milestones, and payment schedules. - Preparing Statements of Work tailored to facilities projects, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and outcomes. - Administering subcontracts from award through closeout, including modifications, compliance monitoring, and invoice review. - Performing cost/price analysis, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and ensuring alignment with regulations. - Collaborating cross-functionally to meet deadlines, support proposal development, and maintain audit-ready documentation. - Tracking subcontractor performance metrics, resolving disputes, and supporting continuous improvement through data-driven insights. This position is onsite full-time at Schriever SFB, and this role will work standard working hours Monday-Friday. The salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 depending on years and level of experience, education, and certifications. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance or higher. Skills and Requirements - 6-8+ years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint - Active Secret Clearance or higher - Strong knowledge in FAR and DFARS with a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply frameworks throughout the subcontracting lifestyle - Experience in construction or government contracting industries - Experience working with Basic Ordering Agreements and MSAs null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
