Job Description Insight Global is looking to bring on a Secret cleared Scrum Master to the team sitting out of either Charleston, SC OR Norfolk, VA. The scrum master will be responsible for leading Data Engineering and AI/ML Engineering teams in delivering high-impact, client-facing projects. Additional duties include: Guide the teams through Agile processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions that meet the unique needs of Navy IT operations. Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless collaboration between engineering teams and Navy stakeholders. A strong understanding of Navy IT systems, processes, and security requirements is critical as you help drive successful project outcomes aligned with objectives.
