Job Description Insight Global is seeking an AV specialist to support a large government customer. Responsibilities will include · Maintain and manage the Audio Visual (AV) architecture on NIPR and SIPR networks, firmware upgrades, event support requirements, off-site location support. · Provide additional technical support necessary when needed. · Additional support to include conference room build out / maintenance, routine cable maintenance, and equipment inventory. · Prioritize end user trouble tickets, assist with problem as they arise and point direct users to the appropriate department/office for action. · Provide day-to-day support in for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and A/V conference rooms. Skills and Requirements Active Secret Clearance or Higher IAT II or higher 5+ Years of experience with VTC install, maintenance and troubleshooting Experience with in person customer service Experience with troubleshooting VTC equipment in real time in front of leadership
