What You’ll Be Doing: + Be the bridge: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and responding to their needs quickly. + Quality control, always: Inspect facilities and services, flag issues, and make sure everything meets our high standards—every single time. + Coordinate and communicate: Work with our Independent Contractors and internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time and as promised. + Problem-solve on the fly: Tackle challenges as they arise, using your resourcefulness and judgment to make things right. + Keep things moving: Manage schedules, document client requests, and follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. + Drive improvement: Suggest and implement better processes for service delivery and client satisfaction.
