What will I be doing?
As a Second Cook you will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following activities:
\n\nProduce the Mise en Place Kitchen\nSet up the ordered for sales points\nEnsure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen\nPrepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of his superior\nStore and check the validity of food\nAssist other departments whenever necessary\nIn shift changes transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift information\nPerform such other duties assigned by the supervisor\nWhat are we looking for?
