Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company dedicated to advancing science. We’re seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to help shape our financial narrative and ensure transparency and excellence in our public reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Lead SEC Filings: Own the preparation and timely submission of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and registration statements in full compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP.Ensure Financial Accuracy: Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensuring precision and timeliness.Provide Technical Expertise: Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation.Strengthen Internal Controls: Maintain SOX compliance and support both internal and external audit processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations to align on key financial deliverables and strategic initiatives.Drive Process Improvement: Continuously enhance reporting processes and stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required.Experience: 5–7+ years of SEC reporting experience, ideally with a mix of public and private accounting (Big 4 experience preferred).Technical Skills:Deep understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRLProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and financial reporting toolsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills & Keywords:
