Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager

Description

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support the Company's consolidated financial statements and the application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), ensuring compliance with both external and internal financial reporting processes. This position will work closely with various departments across the organization to ensure the accurate and timely preparation and reporting of financial data. The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements and supporting the analysis of complex accounting issues. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of the Company's financial statements.

Job Responsibilities:

Support month-end accounting close process, including recording certain journal entries and performing account reconciliations.Lead preparation and review of monthly financial consolidations and development of consolidated financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, equity statements and statements of cash flows.Analyze fluctuations in financial statements and report on variances to management.Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and other regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for new business processes or areas where existing documentation is insufficient.Evaluate and implement new accounting pronouncements.Assist with ERP system implementations and special projects.Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69.72 - $81.74/hr.
