Job Description
Join a dynamic and innovative recruiting team as either a Technical Recruiter or a Non-Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the rapid growth of this team by sourcing bar-raising technical talent, thriving in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, and making impactful contributions with a process-oriented, data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
+ Lead various hiring efforts to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results.
+ Build and maintain a network of passive candidates and manage ongoing relationships.
+ Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences with a high offer-to-interview ratio.
+ Recommend ideas to improve the company and the team within the mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
+ Manage client relationships and act as an advisor to hiring managers and interview teams.
+ Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity.
+ Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
+ Execute sourcing and performance goals within the team.
+ Adhere to internal company processes and SLAs associated with all aspects of recruiting.
+ Manage all job postings and ensure positions are current and active in recruiting systems.
+ Drive consistent messaging in protecting data integrity and effectively assess and screen candidates for position fit.
Essential Skills
+ Proven expertise in candidate generation for technical roles.
+ Ability to prioritize and close searches against a timeline while meeting benchmarks, metrics, and customer SLAs.
+ Savvy in sourcing and maintaining a network of passive candidates.
+ Strong process-oriented and data-driven mindset.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $48.00/hr.
