Seasonal Weekend Warehouse Associate
The Weekend Warehouse Associate has a Friday/Saturday/Sunday shift from 4:00am to 4:00pm is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities within an assigned area(s) of a distribution facility.  This position is responsible for demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity driven environment.  This is a great opportunity with a solid company - join the team !  

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform Distribution-Related Functions: Carry out one or more tasks such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order filling, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading. Assignments may vary daily or as business needs require. Operate Equipment: Occasionally operate a pallet jack to move products within the facility. Maintain Safety Standards: Contribute to a safe work environment by focusing on housekeeping and safety protocols. Uphold Core Values: Demonstrate a commitment to the company’s core values in all activities. Collaborate with Teams: Communicate with supervisors, leads, and workgroups to exchange information related to immediate tasks. Support Continuous Improvement: Participate in group discussions and provide ideas for process improvements. Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Adapt to a metric-driven, high-energy workplace.

Education and Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Communication Skills: Basic ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Math Skills: Basic math proficiency, including counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer functions, including navigating the internet and using Microsoft Word and Excel. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds infrequently. Ability to push, pull, grasp, and perform fine manipulation with hands throughout the workday. Occasional walking on uneven surfaces. Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early starts or staying late as needed. Experience: One (1) year of related experience preferred.
