Job Description

As a Sales/Telesales Associate, you’ll work with existing clients to provide expert support while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a professional, performance-driven environment that values ownership, service, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiriesResolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retentionIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingCollaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycleTroubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issuesDocument interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systemsStay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needsSupport and mentor junior colleagues when needed

Qualifications2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsTyping speed of 30+ WPMHigh school diploma or GED requiredProficient PC and multitasking skillsAction-oriented and comfortable handling objectionsFluent in spoken and written English
