The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology,barequipment, and sanitation standards; with a focus on maintaining an attractivebar. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines. **Job Functions & Responsibilities:** + Greet guests promptly and courteously as they walk up to the poolbar + Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages + Efficiently and accurately take drink orders, prepare them promptly, and serve beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
