Seasonal HR Service Representative
Description

Your Role: 

The HR Service Representative is responsible for providing Tier 1 HR functional support to Victoria’s Secret associates and managers. This role responds to associate HR-related inquiries and issues (payroll, W2s, and more) primarily via phone and email and supports associates with personal and job-related transactions.  This role operates in a call-center environment.

Your Impact:

 

Operate within a service center/call operations environment to respond to associate inquiries provide support to Managers and associates Provide functional support, guidance, and consultation to associates calling HR for help with personal data, Job data, Pay-related questions and transactions, Kronos, and MyTalentDocument all calls and emails in HR Direct call tracking systemEscalate to other teams or HR leadership, as appropriateProvide excellent customer service to all customersCoordinate with other internal functional groups as necessarySupport execution of key HR processes and activities (payroll, benefits, etc.) Meet department service delivery metricsTimely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks Process transactions on behalf of associates and managers in HR systemsUnderstand and navigate HR systems to troubleshoot, enter transactions/data, analyze data, and provide reporting: Case Management, HCM (Oracle), timekeeping (Kronos) Participate in system testing, as needed Answer associate/manager payroll questions & processing adjustments, missing payments, rejected transactions, researching issues 

Minimum Salary: $20.50
Maximum Salary: $26.88

Qualifications

Your Experience:

Prior experience in a customer service environment (preferably call center)Excellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong customer service skills & ability meet department service delivery metricsAbility to work in a team environment to achieve goalsProblem solving skillsPursuing or received College Degree, preferred
