Volt is immediately hiring Seasonal Winery Workers in Kenwood, Napa and St. Helena , CA.

As a Winery Worker, you will:

Assist the winemaking team in all aspects of harvest and wine production. Handle winemaking tasks, including crush and vinification processes (such as must and wine transfers, barrel work, draining, pressing, cleaning, etc.). Operate and maintain winery equipment (crushing equipment, press, pumps, forklift, barrel washer, minor plumbing, etc.). Receive goods (grapes, barrels, supplies, etc.). Complete all tasks according to quality control standards. Operate in a safe and cooperative team environment.

This is a Full-Time Seasonal opportunity. Monday-Friday (some Saturdays), 40+hours a week

The ideal candidate will have:

Willingness to learn as you go. High energy level, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to work independently. Standing for extended periods of time, heavy physical effort (i.e., lifting, pushing, pulling), walking, bending, working in various temperature conditions Flexibility for occasional hours during peak season Must be able to pass a background check and Drug screen (THC is okay)

Pay Rate: $19-$23 depending on experience.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
