Seasonal Brand Ambassador

We are looking for a friendly and dependable **part-time Brand Ambassador** to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a World Class shopping experience for our guests.
**Schedule & Flexibility:** The earliest shift could begin at **10:00 AM** , and the latest a shift could end is **8:30 PM** . Shifts typically range from **4 to 8 hours** .
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Maintain general housekeeping standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas.
· Support management with non-selling tasks such as:
o Processing shipments
o Conducting stock counts
o Organizing and maintaining product displays
· Adhere to ECCO policies and procedures, including:
o Scheduling requirements
o Dress code guidelines
o Standards outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual
· Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Prioritize tasks effectively and follow through on assignments.
· Exhibit superior organizational and follow-up abilities.
· Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling professional behavior and sound judgment in customer service situations.
· Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the passion, innovation, and sustainability.
· Set a positive example for peers by demonstrating effective selling techniques on the sales floor.
**Requirements:**
+ Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Basic math and computer skills
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
