The Seasonal Assistant supports the Director in the supervision and training of the volunteer patrollers and ensures a safe skiing/riding/recreation/work environment at the Snow Bowl and Rikert Outdoor Center. Responsibilities: + Assists the director in the supervision, training and scheduling of the volunteer patrollers + Opens trails and closes, checking for and effectively marking hazards + Sweeps and closes trails and checks for grooming needs + Responds to and treats injured skiers/riders and completes incident reports + Assists in other daily duties and maintains adherence to the Bowl’s “Patrol Procedures” + Performs other related duties as necessary and works cross-departmentally at the direction of Patrol Director + Conducts accident investigation reports This is a 2025-2026 seasonal position is an hourly pay of $19.92 - $24.40 per hour.
