JOB PURPOSE
As th e Search & LLM Manager , you will play a key role in driving adaption of LLM and AI-powered solutions to improve the effectiveness of all biddable media for Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing business .
You’ll develop and steer platform-specific strategies across Search and Programmatic media and partner with an ecosystem of stakeholders to translate business goals and opportunities into clear roadmaps that balance accelerating existing tactics’ effectiveness and efficiency, while building solutions for tomorrow . You will be responsible for the productivity of Unilever’s biddable investment, driving Return on Investment in close partnership with Performance & Analytic specialists and brand management leadership . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Performance Marketing - You are passionate about performance and will champion an iterative and energized way of working that drives continuou s improvement. + AI Stewardship & Execution – You will pioneer the use of LLM-drive optimization, agentic workflows and smart bidding strategies, ensuring investment decisions are fast, data-guided and grounded in platform intelligence. You’ll lead the organization in adopting next-generation media tools and translating complex signals into clear strategic actions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ 5-8 + years of experience in biddable media buying, planning and activation ; experience in beauty category a plus
+ 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing direct reports, elevating their capabilities while fostering a culture of ownership
+ Strong understanding of AI technologies (such as Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning pipelines) and their application in legal, risk management and compliance contexts
+ Strong analytical skills; comfortable transforming data and experimentation into structured storytelling that solves business problems
+ Deep hands-on expertise with biddable technologies like The Trade Desk, DV360, SA360 , etc.
+ Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to understand their requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide support; ability to present intricate topics and proposals in easily understandable non-technical form
+ Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ability to work with and analyze large data sets quickly, accurately, and efficiently
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of key marketing metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Hands-on experience in Biddable Environments such as Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Search
Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
