Job Title: Seamstress/Upholsterer

Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress/Upholsterer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial sewing machines and upholstery tools to fabricate and repair fabric components for umbrellas, chairs, and blinds.
Key Responsibilities:Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch and assemble fabric components.Cut, measure, and prepare materials according to patterns and specifications.Upholster chair frames and other furniture pieces with precision and care.Repair or replace fabric, padding, and coverings as needed.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Travel between two company locations approximately 30 minutes apart as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a seamstress, upholsterer, or similar role.Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and upholstery tools.Ability to read and interpret patterns, blueprints, or technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to lift and move materials and finished products.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Benefits:Competitive hourly wageConsistent first-shift schedule
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
