Maintain Costume Shop, installation and operation of costumes, and wigs.Proactively follows through on all aspects of projects.Track project status and proactively communicate updates and/or reminders.Construction and fabrication of costumes.Perform repairs, alterations, and construction of wardrobe articles, or specialty props for shows and special eventsEnsures the timely transfer and storage of costumes, costume accessories, and wigs to designated performance space. Fits/adjusts costume to actors.Clean and maintain all shop equipment.Operate sewing equipmentLaunder wardrobe and costume piecesSupports department operations.Must be able to move costume racks full of clothing from location to location.Carrying, pushing, pulling, lifting, and holding objects weighting up to 50 lbs.Maintain a clean and safe environment for Guests and team MembersMaintain costumes for Warner Bros. and DC Characters in Accordance with Warner Bros. and DC StandardsOther Duties as Assigned to support Department

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years oldShould possess strong organizational skills.Has general knowledge of clothing construction, alterations and repairPrevious theatrical costume experience preferredSelf-Motivated skills to work independently, without direct supervisionMust be able to effectively communicate and work with othersMust possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.Must be able to work in all weather conditionsMust have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Operation of power sewing equipment, hazardous/non hazardous chemicalsMust be able to work a flexible schedule including: early mornings/days/evenings/late nights/weekends/holidays.
