What You'll Do

The SEA Marketing Specialist will contribute to existing programs, specifically focusing on event management support, across core Marketing and Alumni initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will also assist the team on the following: Source and maintain the Marketing inventory (BCG merchandise/door gifts for events)Compile media clippings and working with the agency to monitor, track and update team and stakeholders (as needed)Coordinate production of the quarterly Marketing newsletterAssist with digital marketing, where required The Marketing team strategizes and executes all branding and marketing activities. This includes managing media relations, facilitating strategic partnerships, creating platforms, and organizing events for sharing BCG's thought leadership, and managing BCG's marketing database. BCG serves SEA from its seven offices in the region – Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Manila.  This position is part of the Southeast Asia Marketing Team and reports directly to the SEA Head of Marketing. This role also includes working with the SEA Partner Group and BCG’s regional and global Marketing teams when required. YOU’RE GOOD AT Live event organization, supporting the team in planning, coordination with vendors, event set up, tear down, and support with on-site event operationsMulti-tasking, with the ability to focus on several deliverables at once but equipped with the understanding on how to prioritize tasks and an attention to detailStakeholder management keeping the team updated throughout projectsData collection and management, ability to organize information for dissemination to the Partner group and other stakeholdersYOU’LL GETA regional team covering six diverse markets in Southeast AsiaThe freedom to contribute to shaping our practice; as a fairly new marketing team in a fast-growing region, we have the chance to chart our own path and make the rules as we go alongExposure to working with various cross-functional global teams and senior stakeholders with diverse expertise areas across international marketsTo be part of a spirited team that values ideas and welcomes innovation, a flat organization with no hierarchies

What You'll Bring

Experience in event management, data collation, business writing skills with a solid grasp of traditional and digital media knowledge, possessing at least 4 years of related industry experience (Inhouse/agency)Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to analyze information and present data in a meaningful wayClarity, tact, professionalism, maturity and consensus building skills – in writing, speaking and presenting informationExceptional organizational and project management skills combined with an ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and demanding environmentAn ability to work independently and take initiativeStrong attention to detail, accurate and thoroughBilingual fluency in both English and Thai. (Business-level proficiency in English required)
