What You'll Do
The SEA HR Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s human resources practices comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements across our SEA offices. This role will assess potential HR-related risks, manage compliance reporting, and partner with leadership to foster a culture of ethical and compliant business conduct.
Identify, assess, and mitigate HR-related risks, including employment law, employee relations, and data privacy.Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to address gaps.Ensure compliance with SEA labor laws and regulations.Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and work with SME to update policies accordingly.Provide guidance to stakeholders/SMEs on compliance matters.Perform periodical audits of HR practices, processes, and documentation.Maintain accurate and secure compliance-related documentation.Act as a trusted advisor on HR risk and compliance issues.Partner with Employment Legal and Employee Relations functions to align compliance strategy.Support Employee Relations investigations, advise stakeholders on Employee Relations matters such as consequence and performance management.Support Workplace Behaviour and other Employee Relations and compliance related trainings.What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR/legal certifications preferred.7–10 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years focused on risk, compliance, or employee relations in SEA.Strong knowledge of SEA labor laws, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements.Proven experience in risk assessments, compliance audits, and policy development.Skilled in partnering with Legal, Employee Relations, and leadership to drive compliance strategy.Strong communication and advisory skills; able to influence and guide stakeholders.High integrity, discretion, and cultural awareness across diverse SEA markets.Who You'll Work With
You will collaborate extensively with SEA System Lead, SEA People Chair, MDPs, Functional Senior Directors, AP HR.
