What You'll Do

The role offers an attractive scope and exposure within the SEA system, which includes seven offices across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The Finance function consists of specialized teams focused on Accounting & Controlling, Compliance & Audit, Payroll & Mobility, and Commercial & Planning. The SEA Financial Planning & Analysis - Senior Specialist/Manager sits within the Commercial & Planning team, which supports front-end business operations. This team is responsible for commercial negotiations, project management, reporting, and business analysis. YOU’RE GOOD AT  Responsible for reporting and analysis on key business and client-based metrics• Provide insightful financial analysis to key internal stakeholders to understand business performance on SEA and Office levels, attending to any ad-hoc reporting requests• Prepare weekly backlog report and ensuring revenue projection with realistic estimates and basis of assumptions clearly defined. This includes monitoring and tracking of proposal and backlogs• Work with other Commercial team members to monitor case economics (including DSO for WIP and AR) and identify risk issues to escalate to Leadership team• Prepare reports for management committee meeting covering business updates, DSO, pipelines, project analysis• Prepare reports for weekly update to system leader on business update, consultants billability etc• Prepare reports for various business meetings• Support all regular/ad-hoc requirements on reporting such as backlog, win-loss analysis• Support in month-end and year-end closing activities for projects and work closely with toher finance team within SEA as well as AP level• Lead new initiatives and initiate process improvement in reporting and analysis to ensure the Commercial operations continue to evolve to address the changing in the business needs• Support any ad-hoc requirements as and when required The above-mentioned description covers the principal responsibilities; it is not restrictive.

 



What You'll Bring

• Highly skilled in Excel and Macros and power point• Added advantage with Tableau & Gen AI tool• Ability to create complex workbook, able to “slice and dice” large data to derive with summarized insightful analysis which enables effective decision making• Possess very positive attitude, self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity and is self-driven ie acts upon needs rather than upon requests. Has the passion to derive effective analysis models that can cater to various stakeholders’ requirements• Flexibility to work in an environment that has short-term shifts in priorities to meet a diverse customer base• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to set priorities.• Be a team player yet able to work independently, with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and to take initiatives• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with all levels of staff• Consistently handle situations with tact and patience, and able to work well under pressure• Accounting degree is desirable, however, application of mind to deal with commercial nature of business will be deciding factor

You will be part of the Southeast Asia Finance Team, and you will be directly reporting to the SEA Commercial Finance, Planning & Analysis Director.
