SDG Distributor Channel Manager – Central LATAMWe are looking for a collaborative, strategic, and people-focused professional to join as a Senior Manager of Distributor Relations for the Central LATAM Subregion. In this role, you will strengthen distributor partnerships, expand market opportunities, and elevate the customer experience across diverse countries and cultures. You will guide commercial strategies, support planning and forecasting, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistent and balanced growth.
What You Will DoBuild Strong Distributor PartnershipsDevelop positive, long-term relationships with distributors across the region.
Maintain open, clear, and consistent communication between Thermo Fisher and distributor teams.
Lead Sales and Business PlanningBuild and complete scalable sales strategies aligned with regional and company goals.
Co-develop annual business plans and accurate sales forecasts with distributor leaders.
Enable Distributor SuccessDeliver ongoing training, mentoring, and product support to strengthen distributor capabilities.
Host learning sessions and collaborative workshops to expand product and market knowledge.
Understand Market DynamicsConduct market assessments that help find opportunities, risks, and customer trends.
Use data and insights to adjust strategies and recommend new paths for growth.
Drive Performance and AccountabilityGuide the achievement of sales targets, benchmarks, and operational priorities.
Track and report results with accuracy, clarity, and a continuous-improvement approach.

What You BringEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
MBA with a Marketing focus preferred.
At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within distributor or channel management.
Background in scientific, healthcare, or technology industries is a strong advantage.
