Broadridge is looking for an experienced SDET Quality Assurance Specialist with Automation to develop and manage testing initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into the Newark office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
Key Job Functions/Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases across the ICS Finance Billing Systems portfolio to validate application functionality.Create and maintain detailed test plans and scripts that ensure software quality and reliability.Develop clear, well-structured test documentation to support ongoing QA efforts.Contribute to the implementation and upkeep of automated testing frameworks to improve test efficiency.Participate in early-stage project discussions to support test planning and scope definition.Create and manage test data sets for functional and regression testing.Ensure all QA activities comply with firm-wide standards and best practices.Coordinate testing efforts to align with project timelines and deliverables.Work closely with Product and Development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.Support vendor-related QA activities, including data validation and issue tracking.Take on additional QA tasks as needed to support team goals and project success.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in functional automated testing of distributed systemsExperience with Mainframe environments is a plusExperience with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, BDD Cucumber, or similar.Experience with Java and integrating automated test cases with CI/CD tools like JenkinsFamiliarity with SQL for test data managementKnowledge of version control systems, especially GitUnderstanding of Agile software development methodologies and working in teams of developers and QA engineersStrong understanding of software development and QA processesHands-on experience writing and debugging automated test scriptsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities"Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education."
Salary Range: 90,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD annual
