* Autonomous contributor to the team's software;
* Deliver working features spanning the full SDLC, working backwards from customers through design, implementation, testing, deployment, operations and documentation;
* Coach others on producing high-quality code;
* Disambiguate ambiguous technology and business problems;

A day in the life
As much time as possible is spent on the design and implementation of software. Our team is aided by a technical PM, support engineers (on a follow-the-sun model), QA engineers, and so on so that our SDEs can focus on building. We have a daily standup, weekly operational excellence reviews, and fortnightly review and planning sessions.

About the team
FARM owns the fulfillment, availability and capacity planning for print on demand (MOD) products. We orchestrate manufacturing and integrate MOD with the Amazon's supply chain (SCOT) and fulfillment (AFT).
