Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for service delivery revenue realization
2. Ensure program management and governance with all program managers
3. Establish the overall program vertical dashboard
4. Monitor progress and SLA achievement as per the contract
5. Manage and utilize resources across projects
6. Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output
7.Conduct weekly review with business vertical project managers
8. Ensure compliance to guidelines, project management tools and
standards for managing the projects

Education Requirement

MBA (Preferred);
Graduation

Experience Requirement

5 - 10 years
