Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Development and Delivery: Production Support and Critical Issue Resolution: Strategic Alignment and Future Planning: System Resilience, Performance, and Scalability: Leadership and Collaboration: Governance, Standards, and Compliance: Cost Optimization and Efficiency: Innovation and Thought Leadership: Required Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 12+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture and design, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, code optimization techniques, and strong debugging skills. Excellent with quality measures , appreciation for existing software assets with deep understanding of monolithic and distributed systems. Strong expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.). Deep experience in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proven track record of writing production-quality code and leading the delivery of complex systems. Expertise in building resilient, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems. Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident management processes.
