We are currently seeking a Scrum Master Sr on-site (GDL) to join our team in gdl, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). **Scrum Master** **On-site position (GDL office)** **Advanced English required** About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** + Guide, coach, and train teams in Scrum methodologies and Agile principles. + Assist teams in driving continuous process improvement. + Coordinate within and outside of the team to facilitate backlog completion. + Support the team in identifying and adding appropriate stories to the backlog. + Proactively identify impediments and resolve them through peer networks (Scrum of Scrums) or formal escalation channels. + Manage and oversee multiple simultaneous fast-paced projects involving distributed teams. + Coordinate release plans, communication strategies, and risk and issue management plans (in collaboration with Product Owners). + Assist Product Owners in managing team scope and facilitating scope changes. + Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including: + Ensure timely and complete documentation, tracking, and reporting of key metrics using Scrum and Agile practices, including: + User stories + Project progress + Resource utilization + Change requests + Issues and risks + Risk mitigation plans + Test scripts and results + Support delivery teams in meeting project timelines and quality standards. Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field. + 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. + Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. + Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
