I am looking for an experienced agile leader who can guide multiple data focused teams. • He/She will do the mentoring of other scrum masters, coaching of the junior scrum masters • Assert agile leadership • Scrum facilitation • Any blocker removals • He/She has to manager the stakeholder management and also process improvement and coordinate the program he/she is working on with other scrum masters and teams so the dependencies are aligned. • Must be diligent in metrics tracking, monitor the velocity reports and report to management on performance • Additional responsibilities/skills as per job description Must Have Technical Skills: Strong experience with Agile Methodologies/Principles Strong experience with Scrum practices/facilitation Collaboration and Communication - Works extensively with multiple teams Soft Skills: Communication Leadership/Mentoring Attention to detail Team Player Education/Certifications: Scrum/SAFE/Advanced Agile certifications are HIGHLY preferred Share your resume with ariz.khan@systemone.com.
