This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to remove blockers, and a bias toward action. The Scrum Master will support team planning, delivery cadence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. **_**This is a hybrid position in Puerto Rico**_** **What YOU will do:** + Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. + Partner with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness of work. + Track team delivery performance and support transparency through metrics and reporting. + Identify and remove blockers, escalating when needed to maintain delivery momentum. + Support effective collaboration across engineering, program, operations, and enabling functions. + Coach team members on Agile practices, team norms, and continuous improvement behaviors. + Drive disciplined execution using clear plans, risk/issue tracking, and follow-through to closure. + Promote predictable delivery through strong sprint hygiene, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. + Help teams balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus and delivery commitments. + Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery efficiency and team performance. + Champion ethical and professional behavior in all situations. **Qualifications YOU Must Have:** + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience. + Must be a U.S. Citizen. + Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal). + Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across stakeholders. + Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment. + Comfort working with distributed teams across multiple sites and time zones. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role. + Experience supporting software development and/or digital delivery teams. + Familiarity with Jira and Agile reporting practices. + Strong organizational and analytical skills. + Experience facilitating cross-functional delivery and managing dependencies. + Demonstrated ability to coach teams, improve delivery habits, and drive issues to resolution. **What We Offer:** + Some of our competitive benefits packages include: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees + Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds + Participation in the Employee Scholar Program (ESP) + Life insurance and disability coverage + Employee Assistance Plan, including up to 8 free counseling sessions + And more!
