Job Description Summary: Insight Global’s client is seeking a seasoned Product Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation within their HR Technology division. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing delivery pipelines using JIRA. The ideal candidate will be adept at configuring JIRA workflows, creating custom input forms, and optimizing ticketing systems to support efficient development cycles. A strong background in HR technology is essential, including familiarity with HRIS platforms and operational HR processes. Prior experience collaborating with HR teams and implementing solutions in Workday is highly desirable.
