Position Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and organizedindividualwhothrivesin a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.You’llhelpestablishteam metrics such as capacity andthroughputso you can track sprint progress and help drive teams to meet their sprint goals.Our ideal candidate thrives on big challenges and brings enthusiasm to achieve results.This position leads, coaches, and guides teammates through the challenges of delivering best-in-class technology solutions while building a collaborative and productive work environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, to support structured and effective Agile execution.Apply Scrum principles and Agile best practices to promote consistent processes, disciplined workflows, and continuous improvement.Support backlog readiness and prioritization activities to help ensure work aligns with business objectives and delivery timelines.Identify and track impediments affecting delivery progress and communicate risks or issues through established escalation channels.Maintain Agile artifacts, metrics, and dashboards to promote transparency, visibility, and accountability throughout the delivery lifecycle.Collaborate with technology, business, and operational stakeholders to support alignment, information flow, and timely decision-making.Drive the implementation of actionable process and tool improvements based on retrospective outcomes and delivery insights.Ensure Agile practices are executed in alignment with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and compliance guidelines while preserving delivery flexibility.Support Agile adoption initiatives and contributeto organizational Agile maturity effortsAssistwith release planning, dependency management, and coordinationConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAdditional duties as assignedActively serve and support the Product Owner and Delivery Team in theireffortto consistently meet sprint goalsProblem-solve through delivery challenges, seekresolutionand escalate when stalledAssistwith internal and external communication, improving transparency, and cascading informationFacilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution as needed to make sure the team stays aligned and focused on the highest priorityDrive teammates to deliver on commitments and lead through delivery challengesGuide the Scrum team in aligning priorities through collaboration and on how to use Agile/Scrum practicesSupport and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.Clearly communicate blockers, dependencies, risks, or concerns the team has
