Your mission: 

We are looking for a Junior Agile Specialist to support our teams. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about Agile and Scrum methodologies who is eager to grow in an international and collaborative environment. You will be involved in various tasks that promote agile practices and enhance team productivity, under the mentorship of senior agile professionals.

Task and responsibilities:  

Facilitate Agile Events: Assist in organizing and leading Agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring each event fosters alignment, accountability, and team ownership. You will help maintain cadence and focus within teams, reinforcing Agile principles at every stage.Support Backlog Quality: Collaborate with Application Managers, Service Owners, and Process Owners to maintain structured, prioritized, and refined product and service backlogs. You will help ensure backlog items are actionable, linked to clear goals, and regularly reviewed to reflect evolving business priorities.Synchronize Agile Workflows Across Tools: Contribute to aligning sprint planning and tracking processes across Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. You will help ensure that iteration cycles, change requests, and service-related tasks remain synchronized, supporting delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.Maintain Tooling: Assist in configuring and maintaining Azure DevOps boards, PowerBI’s, sprints, reports, and workflows, enabling teams to visualize their work, track dependencies, and make data-driven decisions. You will also support reporting on sprint progress, velocity trends, capacity forecasts, and release readiness.Promote Agile Literacy and Documentation: Support the creation and updating of team-specific Agile documentation—such as definitions of done, working agreements, and onboarding guides—ensuring that all team members, regardless of experience level, can easily understand and follow Agile practices.Assist in Agile Coaching and Training: Work closely with senior Agile Coaches to co-facilitate training workshops and practical sessions on Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks. Leverage your own development background to explain Agile from both technical and process perspectives and support non-technical stakeholders in their Agile adoption.Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback from retrospectives and team discussions, propose improvements, and help track implementation of Agile experiments. You will help teams build a culture of iterative change, knowledge sharing, and reflective learning.Bridge BAU and Project Work: Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leads to map out team capacity and ensure that sprint plans respect operational realities. You’ll help prevent resource overload and contribute to more predictable, realistic delivery timelines. Support in management reporting’s (PPTs).Act as Agile Liaison and Communicator: Serve as a connection point between the DEI teams and central initiatives such as the Activity Management Team (AMT). Help cascade decisions, align expectations, and provide structured feedback from the teams to stakeholders.Foster Team Collaboration: Support the creation of a collaborative and psychologically safe environment where developers, analysts, and business partners communicate openly, take ownership of delivery goals, and work together toward shared success.Support DEI’s Agile Transformation: Participate in wider Agile initiatives across the IT organization, contributing insights from your teams and helping scale good practices. You may be asked to support transformation projects or act as a local point of contact for Agile enablement efforts.Encourage Agility Beyond IT: Draw on your background in Human Resources and team development to encourage Agile thinking in areas such as career planning, onboarding, or people management. Help bridge the gap between technical teams and broader organizational functions

Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field1–3 years’ experience in an agile development environment or project coordination roleExposure to Scrum/Kanban practices and backlog management tools like Azure DevOps or JiraBasic understanding of Agile principles (Scrum certification is a plus)Experience in software development is an advantage (React, Angular, NodeJS)Experience in tools (Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Microsoft PowerPoint,  etc.)Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skillsFluent in English and Spanish.
