Overview
EagleView has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master II to join the product development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in EagleView’s transformation to a Scaled Agile Framework, a way of working that is anchored in continuous improvement, lean product delivery, business agility, and customer centricity. You will serve as a team coach, build high performing and self-sustaining teams while growing a healthy, collaborative, and continuously improving engineering culture. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating the learning and growth of one or more Agile teams, developing a lean-Agile mindset, improving practices and guiding teams to more predictable delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading Scrum events 2 (backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, daily stand ups and representing the Scrum team(s) in weekly syncs. You also will assist with additional projects and process improvement activities.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience serving in the role of Scrum Master for a software development team using Scrum/SAFe3-5+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile development including coaching on agile methodologiesSolid written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and collaborative skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environmentHistory of successfully leading/supporting the delivery of products from concept to code delivery 3Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidanceKnowledge of Agile Lifecycle Management tools, particularly JIRA & ConfluenceExceptional organization and time management skillsSolid stakeholder management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively to both technical & non-technical audiencesAbility to work as part of a geographically dispersed teamDemonstrated experience with software estimation and planning techniquesKnowledge of agile methodology and scaled framework like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.Not afraid to raise issues and inspire change while being comfortable dealing with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertaintyWorking experience with Agile scaling frameworks, preferably SAFeDetail oriented
