Join our Digital GBU Agile & Scrum team as **Scrum Master** and you can help make it happen. **Main responsibilities:** + Serves as a servant leader and coach for a Pod/s. + Works with Product Owners and Development teams on daily basis to drive execution. + Helps steer team to maximize efficiency and productivity. + Helps the Product Owner in his efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope. + Facilitates pod ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements) + Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules and practices of agile development. + Educates the Pod in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices. They will be directly reporting to Head of DGBU Agile & Service Excellence. **About you** **Job Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. + Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
