Position Title: Scrum Master
Position Location: Tech Hubs
Provide locations/flexible work by preference: 1. Pittsburgh is most preferred 2. Dallas
Function of the group: Mitigates Risk, Data Protection, Data Governance
Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting: Existing and new projects focusing on Data Governance
Industry background: Banking/Finance is a plus, not required
Team dynamic: 15 people total, located in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas; each project will have 5-8 team members
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including release planning, review, retrospectives, backlog refinement and daily stand-ups
+ Trains and supports Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices
+ Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
+ Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories
+ Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress of the product
+ Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities
+ Resolve impediments and escalate where required
+ Leads the capacity planning for each sprint
+ Communicates risks, status and general updates to stakeholders
+ Assists to improve the Agile/Scrum teams on a continuous basis
+ Champion and facilitate adoption of Agile/ Scrum standards, tools and best practices
+ Support the team in using agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Degrees/Certifications:
+ Scrum Master certification
+ Degree required
Interview Process: 1. Virtual Interview w/ Manager, 1-2 team members - (30 min - 1 hour)
