Job Summary:

Join our Labmatrix Product team in a hybrid role that blends agile facilitation with business analysis. You’ll drive agile practices while translating business needs into actionable product requirements.

You’ll Be Doing:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesCoach development teams on Agile principles and foster continuous improvementCollaborate with Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlogDocument business and technical requirements for LabmatrixTranslate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environmentCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferredOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)Excellent communication and facilitation skillsStrong interpersonal and collaboration abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $69,600.00 - $174,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
