Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master local to Boston or New Hampshire. The Scrum Master is responsible for the timely and successful delivery of features/enablers for programmatic business and/or technology objectives that require coordination of multiple Scrum teams. Facilitates process and program execution, escalates impediments, manages risk, and helps drive program-level continuous improvement. Compensation: $60-70/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Computer Science or a related discipline. • Minimum 6 years of IT and project/program management experience in Agile software development, including coaching on agile methodologies. • Familiarity with scaling frameworks and methodologies with 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach. Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consensus-building skills. • Requires the ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation. • Requires solid project management skills, ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment. • Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team building skills, business judgment, and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff. • Requires in-depth knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives. Knowledge of Financial systems and practices is beneficial, and knowledge of Liberty Mutual is preferred.
