**Description** Join SAIC in supporting a newly awarded program! As our next Scrum Master, you'll lead Agile teams driving transformative data and analytics initiatives. Potential for future remote work.** **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure teams deliver data, analytics, and AI capabilities + Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives + Manage impediments + Communicate with leadership and the customer to ensure a common understanding of requirements + Coach Agile practices + Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, set priorities and define acceptance criteria + Use Agile tolls such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking and reporting **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one + Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience + Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) + Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams + Experience with supporting Federal or DHS Programs + Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills + Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex program environment **Preferred Qualifications:** + SAFe (SSM) or PMI-ACP certification + Experience in Data/AI Programs REQNUMBER: 2510301 SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation's most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
