Job Description We are seeking an experience Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master to support our Self-Service Products and Platforms (SSPP) portfolio. This role is critical in driving Agile delivery excellence across multiple platform teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. - Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Champion Agile best practices and coach teams on Scrum and Scrum-ban methodologies. - Act as a servant leader and Agile coach to one or more cross-functional teams. - Oversee end-to-end software delivery for assigned business portfolios. - Track and report on team sprint metrics including velocity, capacity, and delivery timelines. - Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements by managing team commitments and dependencies. - Coordinate across multiple departments to identify and remove impediments. - Facilitate collaboration across feature teams and ensure alignment with broader program goals. - Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders. - Provide clear and concise updates on team progress, risks, and delivery status - Can pay $55-60/h We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Program Management roles. - Strong understanding of Scrum, Scrum-ban, and Agile development methodologies. - Proven experience managing Agile teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Experience working across multiple teams and departments. - Comfortable with Agile metrics and reporting tools. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent. - SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification. - PMP or other Program Management certifications (a plus).
