The Scrum Master is a key facilitator in the Agile framework, responsible for ensuring that the Scrum methodology is properly implemented and followed by the team. They act as a coach, mentor, and servant leader, guiding the team through the Scrum process and helping them achieve their goals. What you will do:

Schedule and facilitate daily standupsSchedule and facilitate sprint planning meetingsSchedule and facilitate sprint review meetingsSchedule and facilitate retrospective meetingsFacilitate communications and ensure effective collaborationHave ownership and drive communication to stakeholdersAid the team members by removing blockers and resolving team conflictsCoach team members in the Scrum methodologyEnsure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprintGuide team members to higher Scrum maturityMust have experience with Azure DevOps or similar toolMust have the ability to work effectively with global teamsMust have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team members

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or other related field or equivalent years of experience as a Scrum Master5+ years of experience as scrum masterFamiliarity with or experience with Power BI or other visualization toolsFamiliarity with Databricks or other cloud databaseFamiliarity with data movement, ETLFamiliarity with datasetsFamiliarity with or working knowledge of SQLScrum master certificationMust have experience with Azure DevOps or similar toolMust have the ability to work effectively with global teamsMust have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team membersWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP, CRM or PLM

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $132,000 (+ 10% bonus) in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
