Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing technical Agile teams. This role is critical to driving Agile maturity across the organization and ensuring successful delivery of complex software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader, coach, and facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about Agile principles and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Scrum Master will lead multiple Agile teams through the full software development lifecycle using Scrum and other Agile frameworks * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) * Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles * Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog * Track and report on team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to drive transparency and performance * As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines * Champion Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of Agile standards and practices across the organization * Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the growth of the Agile community of practice
