We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a client implementation on a transformation project. **Your role and responsibilities** IBM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams through the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will facilitate continuous improvement, foster self-organization within teams, and empower them to deliver high-quality products. You will be responsible for managing backlogs, organizing Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring transparency across all levels of the organization. The successful Scrum Master will also collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and drive value delivery. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. * Proficiency in using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. * Proven track record of scaling Agile across multiple teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Willingness to travel as needed, upt o 25%. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar Agile certifications. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment like IBM. * Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. * Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, etc.). * Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) . * Ability to influence change and drive process improvements.
