Job Description The Scrum Master will be supporting a large, complex IT project for our client. The project entails replacing and building out a financial management system that will integrate with many of the client’s applications once complete. This platform will be developed from scratch, and development will take approximately 2 years. Once the development is complete, the project will move into operational support & maintenance. • Plan & lead sprints, daily standups, etc. • Coach team members and stakeholders on agile practices • Ensure alignment with product backlog $58/hr - $68/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years as a Scrum Master on large, complex IT projects • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps • Financial domain experience (this project is Accounts Receivable) • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience in government and/or regulated industries. • Familiarity with SAFe, Kanban, or other scaled Agile frameworks. • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
