**Position:** Scrum Master **Job Description:** We are looking for a motivated and collaborative **Scrum Master** to support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams operating within a **Scaled Agile (SAFe)** environment. As a servant leader, you will help teams understand and apply Agile principles, facilitate Scrum events, remove basic impediments, and contribute to delivering value in a fast-paced and supportive environment. If you're passionate about Agile, eager to learn, and ready to support team success, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** **Agile Team Support** + Assist in facilitating Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives + Support one or more Agile teams in adhering to Scrum practices and principles + Encourage a culture of collaboration, openness, and continuous improvement + Support the team in identifying blockers and work with relevant parties to resolve them **Scrum & SAFe Facilitation** + Participate in SAFe-specific events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning and System Demos + Help maintain Agile boards, metrics, and artifacts (e.g., burndown charts, sprint goals) + Encourage the effective use of Agile tools and ensure updates to JIRA/Confluence are accurate **Collaboration & Communication** + Work closely with Product Owners and team members to ensure clear communication of priorities + Act as a connection between team members and other Scrum Masters or Release Train Engineers + Help coordinate cross-team activities and dependencies **Learning & Continuous Improvement** + Assist in collecting and analyzing Agile metrics to support team improvement + Take initiative to grow knowledge of SAFe, Agile frameworks, and team dynamics **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + 1–2 years of experience working in Agile teams, ideally in a Scrum Master or Agile coordinator role + Understanding of Scrum, Kanban.
