Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Scrum Master. Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Agile Champion to serve as a servant-leader for two Digital Workplace Scrum teams. This role is critical in enabling teams to deliver value effectively through Agile practices. The Agile Champion will coach teams on Agile principles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for two Scrum teams * Shield teams from external interruptions and help resolve blockers * Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework * Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and refine priorities * Track team performance metrics and promote continuous delivery improvements * Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communication * Promote transparency, accountability, and high performance across both teams * Support stakeholder collaboration and ensure alignment across initiatives
