Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master specialized in Agile frameworks to lead the implementation of project controls technology for a major  project.

Must Have skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Proven experience showing successful implementation of Agile frameworks in a Waterfall setting, facilitating cultural change and stakeholder engagement 4+ years experience with third party vendor management on COTS implementations 3+ years as a Project Manager using Scrum and Agile principals. Jira experience Experience implementing project controls systems for large-scale projects Familiarity with complex processes Experience in compliance and regulatory environments
Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with Business Analysts, engineers, and construction teams to prioritize technology requirements

Support configuration, integration, and deployment of project controls tools

Ensure alignment of digital tools with governance, reporting, and regulatory standards

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Remove impediments to progress and foster continuous improvement culture
